Catherine Ewing, LCSW, MDiv, founder of Sacred Heart Alchemy, is a Transformational Life Coach and Spiritual Mentor for women to release the limitations of early life trauma. With over 30 years of experience as a trauma informed psychotherapist, EFT practitioner, energy healer and committed student of the mind/body/spirit, Catherine facilitates deep and lasting transformation for her clients and students.

She is passionate about helping those she works with to release old beliefs, behaviors and emotions that keep them physically, mentally and emotionally unhealthy and unfulfilled. She has a special interest in working with women heal their old trauma, reconnect with their feminine and step into their higher purpose!

Catherine loves training other mental health professionals to expand their understanding and use of alternative modalities in psychotherapy, the blend of science and spirituality and body-based trauma work. She is also a TEDx speaker, co-author of the book Incredible Life, frequent podcast guest and workshop and retreat leader.
